Principle and features of operation

The main part of the micathermal heater is lamellas, each of which is a complex composite element. The base and surface of such plates are made of an inert mica material, non-oxidizing when exposed to oxygen in the air. Inside the lamellas there are heaters made of metals and alloys, sealed with nickel contact tracks. 

This design provides the plate with a small thickness and weight, allowing it to be installed in any position to adjust the direction of the heated air flow. 

At first sight, the principle of operation of the micro thermal heater is the same, the rest of the infrared panels. Radiant heat is transmitted to surfaces and objects that are within the coverage. The best option is wall models with the ability to rotate the plates, mounted on the wall at the entrance to the room. This arrangement will ensure the flow of heated air into the depth of the room. In children’s rooms, it is advisable to install the device higher. 

Electric heaters of this type are well suited for a country house, where it is best to use a two-sided portable model. The equipment can be installed in the center of the living room or in the hallway. In a private house, intended for permanent residence, install ceiling or wall heaters. They are located in the middle or at the top of the wall and allow you to create a comfort zone in the rooms at a height of 100 to 200 mm. 

Micro thermal models are suitable not only for residential premises, but also for offices, shopping centers, cafes and outdoor areas. With their help, they increase the temperature on terraces and balconies, protect stairwells from the appearance of ice, they also create thermal curtains over panoramic windows and other glass structures with weak thermal insulation properties.
