It may be necessary to send mail at the right time for various reasons. The Right Inbox extension will help to add the function of sending messages on a schedule to Google Mail, working in Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

To install it, go through the appropriate browser to the page rightinbox.com and click the ‘Install now’ button. After installing the plugin, go to your Gmail email account and confirm in the pop-up window, that you allow the extension to work on the service page. Now, by creating a new email by clicking on ‘Write’, you will find a new ‘Send Later’ button (’Send later’). A drop-down menu is hidden under it, allowing you to set the time, when the email will be sent: in an hour or two, the next morning, in the evening or at exactly the specified time, which can be specified, by selecting the last item (’at a specific time’). After you click on the ‘Send’ button, the ‘deferred’ email will end up in the ‘Drafts’ folder, and at the specified time it will move to the ‘Sent’ directory.
